Experience the heat of Pilates with Forma’s founder Liana Levi, while also replenishing yourself with the restorative power of Yoga by Rony’s signature breathwork and yoga class. Connect inward as the day will start with a booty-burning Forma Pilates class, followed by Wim Hoff Breathwork to prepare you for a cooling 3-minute ice bath. Experience lunch with a private chef as he nourishes the group with a healthy meal. Immerse yourself with a grounding meditation and journal prompt, all while connecting to the sacred land of the Boney Ridge mountains surrounding you. The retreat will conclude with a restorative yin yoga practice with sound bath.
You will leave feeling peaceful and blissed out both mentally and physically, and return to life with a new sense of clarity.
