About the Home:
Escape to the beautiful Sunset Ranch in Great Falls, Montana. From the moment you pull up, this home boasts unparalleled views of the Belt Butte, the Highwood mountains and the little belt mountains. The 8,500 square foot home has eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and two half baths, and comfortably accommodates 16-18 guests. You’ll be blown away by the large gathering spaces and wrap around decks that make it the perfect place to host a retreat. Keep your eyes pealed as animals like deer, elk, and other wild animals make their way through the property!! This home also features a game room downstairs with a bar, pool table, air hockey table, popcorn machine, gaming center, along with a poker table upstairs.
This retreat is perfect for anyone who is looking for an opportunity to re-set in nature, find mind-body connection, and nourish through healthy food, movement and calming of the nervous system.

Payment & Cancelation:
A deposit of $1000 USD is required to hold your spot for the retreat. A second and final payment to be paid no later than April 15th, 2024.
Retreat will sell out fast and deposit is to help secure your spot and will go towards your final payment.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings are transferable though non-refundable.
Cancellation before April 15th, no further payment is required.
Cancellation after April 15th 2024: Payments are non-refundable. However, with enough notice, we may be able to offer your spot to another participant. Only if the spot can be filled, the balance paid outside the deposit will be returned.
Covid Guidelines: We encourage you to use good judgment, that if you are not feeling well to not travel to the retreat and possibly put others at risk. If you have to cancel due to illness your deposit can be used towards a future retreat within 2024, depending on availability.

1) Question: What is included in the rooms?
Answer: The home will come equipped with towels and basic toiletries like any hotel would.
2) Question: Is there laundry service available or washer/dryer in the house?
Answer: There are washers and dryers in the home and detergent will be provided.
3) Question: How far is the town and what kind of stores are open?
Answer: The closest town is Belt, Montana, 5 minutes away. It’s an old mining town with bars,
restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, museums, and a brewery. Great Falls is one of
Montana’s largest cities with 75,000 people. It is located along the Missouri River near several waterfalls on the Missouri. At Great Falls, you’ll find all the western history, art, recreation, and entertainment you’d expect and much more.
4) Question: Does the house have internet/tv?
Answer: Yes, TV and internet are provided.
5) Question: Where is the nearest hospital in case of an emergency?
Answer: The nearest hospital will be in Great Falls which is about 25 minutes from the house.
6) Question: What is not included in the retreat?
Answer: Flight to Great Falls Airport (GTF) are not included in retreat package. In addition extra add on’s such as massage, taxi to town for free time, or any additional excursions besides horseback riding and clay shooting are not included. In addition, any alcohol or meals outside of retreat brunch, snack and dinner are not included in the retreat package price.
7) Question: How do I get to the property?
Answer: We are located on Belt Creek, on the edge of the Lewis and Clark National Forest, 29.54 miles / 37 minutes from the Great Falls International Airport, which is where you’ll want to fly into. The property is halfway between Glacier National Park and Yellowstone National Park.
8) Where should I fly into and what airlines fly there?
Great Falls is the best airport to fly into. It is served by 5 airlines and those can be easily referenced through the airport website at www.flygtf.com for each of their schedules. Most travelers will experience a connection except those coming from Chicago, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle, and Minneapolis.
